Russia's Gazprom and the European Union complain that Ukraine is not delivering all dedicated gas to Europe while Kiev denies siphoning off the fuel.
The Czech Presidency of EU has called for urgent talks of envoys in Brussels on Monday saying the deals must be honored. The Czech presidency said in a statement that Moscow will probably be included in the talks. Commitments to supply and transit have to be honored under all circumstances, the Czechs said.
Hungary, Poland and Romania have also complained the deliveries have dropped significantly.
