LONDON, Nov. 27 (Agencies) – Individuals who find their employers arbitrary and unfair are more vulnerable to developing cardiovascular diseases, a new study finds.
According to the study published in the Occupational and Environmental Medicine, feeling undervalued and unsupported at work increases the risk of developing heart attack.
The study showed that working with inconsiderate and incompetent employers, with deficient managerial skills, not only leads to bad working days but also places employees at a greater risk of cardiovascular events.
